Discover a variety of engaging programs at the Bensenville Heritage Center designed to keep you active and connected. We offer a range of activities, with new programs being added regularly. Your suggestions are always welcome!  Membership is available at no cost to residents and non-residents aged 60 and over. Day rates apply to non-resident members.

Current programs include:

• Sit and Be Fit: Gentle exercises to enhance flexibility and strength.
• Walking Club: Enjoy the outdoors while staying fit and socializing.
• Chair Yoga: Experience the benefits of yoga with supportive seating.
• Mail Monday: Reach out to someone you haven’t seen in a long time.
• Technology Tuesdays: Technology assistance by appointment.
• Textile Thursdays: Bring your textile project...crocheting, knitting, embroidery, quilting, etc.
• Wednesday Western: Join us for a Western Movie...
