In support of the community-wide B-Well initiative, The Bensenville Park District is offering complimentary group fitness classes and workouts at the Deer Grove Fitness Center September 8 through September 14. Fitness enthusiasts can attend as many fitness classes as they wish and workout in the fitness center at any time during the Deer Grove Leisure Center regular hours, which are Monday through Friday 5:30am-10pm, and Saturday and Sunday 7am-5pm. Participants are required to check in at the registration desk when they come to work out.
The Bensenville Park District Group Adult Fitness Program offers a variety of classes to fit the needs of all fitness levels for ages 14 and up. With a schedule offering over 25 classes per week professional instructors lead classes which include Zumba!, Boot Camp, Triple Threat, Interval Sculpt, X-Biking, and Yoga classes. Fitness Center amenities comprise of a variety of strength and cardio equipment. Cardio workouts include intervals on machines such as treadmills, elliptical machine, steppers, and upright, full body and recumbent bikes.
There is also a wide variety of free weight equipment, a boxing cage with heavy bags, double end bags, speed bags, and weighted jump ropes.
The complimentary fitness offer is perfect for those who love fitness, trying to get into shape, or just want to try something different with their workouts. During this time, fitness enthusiasts who want to commit to their well-being by purchasing a new annual fitness center or group class membership are able to save on their passes as part of the month long Fall Into Fitness Sale event.
